Podcast Room License Agreement

‍Licensee:

The individual or entity who books and/or pays for the use of the Space ("Licensee"), regardless of whether the Licensee is present during the use of the Space.

1. INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern Licensee's use of Labour Temple's Services. By purchasing and/or using a Day Pass, Meeting Room and/or Private Office you agree to be bound by these Terms and they are effective upon acknowledgement of the Terms & Conditions.

2. ACCESS AND USAGE

  • a. Access to Services is Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM.
  • b. Services are valid only on the date(s) and for the time(s) specified.
  • c. All Services are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • d. Licensee must register with Licensor upon entry to the Building.
  • e. Licensor reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not have a valid reservation or who violates these Terms.
  • f. Day Pass access is limited to the Members' Lounge and in non-reserved areas of the Courtyard Level.

3. FEES AND PAYMENT

Licensee agrees to pay Licensor the following as outlined under the booking platform or in-person reservation:

  • a. The hourly room rate or day rate for the reservation
  • b. The hourly service support rate, if any
  • c. 3rd Party Processing Fee, if any

In all cases, payment is due in advance of the use of the Space.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

Licensee, and their invited guest(s), if any, is responsible for:

  • a. Its own safety and well-being while at the Building.
  • b. Following all rules and regulations posted at Building.
  • c. Not engaging in any illegal or disruptive activities.
  • d. Any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

6. LIABILITY

Licensor is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred while using the Space, unless caused by the gross negligence of Licensor. Licensee agrees to release and indemnify Licensor from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising out of your use of the Space.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

Licensor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Licensee's continued use of the Space after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment for the use of the Space, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this License Agreement. Payment constitutes acceptance of all Terms, even if a separate signature is not provided.
