Rooftop Terrace

Take in water views of Elliott Bay as you’re surrounded by the charm of Belltown and Downtown Seattle’s skyline. More than 1,000 square feet of space can accommodate 50 guests for a reception-style event with seating for 25. Breakout areas are naturally created with high-top dining tables and conversation seating lounge areas looking out onto the Olympic Mountains.

Card Room

With a speakeasy vibe, this tucked-away space offers ultimate privacy, conference-style seating for 30 and has capacity for up to 50 guests reception-style. Perfect for a milestone birthday or anniversary, it also can be a retreat for corporate gatherings or off-site team meetings. Take advantage of the conversation seating as you peer out the large windows into our Exterior Courtyard, while a large boardroom table is available for a more structured approach.

Reading Room

Historic charm is ever present in the Reading Room, which can support seated dining for up to 40 or a reception-style event for as many as 100 guests. Conversation seating is sprinkled through out the space, enjoy the curated artwork that rotates monthly and let your creative ideas blossom.  Step out the large steel and glass doors for complimentary access to the Exterior Courtyard (weather permitting) to accommodate up to 150 guests.

Exterior Courtyard

The Labour Temple Courtyard is an outdoor oasis tucked within the interior walls of the building’s U-shaped design. Thoughtfully curated to be a private getaway, the layout includes a seated fire table, cafe seating and artfully designed landscaping with water features and sculpture. Connect to the adjacent Reading Room and accommodate up to 150 guests.

Radiator Room

The Radiator Room offers a chic canvas for you to create your next big event. This 4,000 SqFt space features concrete floors, heavy timber posts and beams, 12-foot ceiling heights and the original 1940s radiators adorning a board form concrete wall. Capture the attention of your guests from the built-in, center stage for a 150 seated dinner or close the large movable walls  to create a private classroom-style space for up to 70 attendees. This dynamic room will be perfect back drop for corporate retreats, fundraisers and receptions.

Member Lounge

The Members’ Lounge is located just off the Labour Temple’s main entry and is connected via a grand staircase to the Radiator Room. Impress your guests with an arrival drink in the Lounge prior to heading down for the main event.

Boiler Room

Adjacent to the Card Room, this members-only Speakeasy is appropriately named the Boiler Room as the 1942 boiler holds center stage. This will be a warm—pun intended—place for you to unwind after a day at the office or share something special from your private locker with clients, colleagues or friends and family. Coming online in Fall 2024, reach out if interested in getting on the waitlist.

In need of a conference room for the morning or afternoon? Choose from a selection of designer spaces with tech amenities FOR GATHERINGS of 6 to 40-plus. We have several private and semi-private meeting areas throughout the building with flexible set up options.
Shears - Meeting Room

Slinky

Get cozy in the Slinky conference room, which is optimal for team breakouts and off-site planning sessions. Located with easy access from the building lobby, high-top seating at a sleek, modern table awaits your group. Reserve it for a quick drop in and instantly access our ClickShare technology to plug in with remote guests.

Mackinaw - Meeting Room

Mackinaw

Sit back and relax in this space, thoughtfully designed with leather sofas and lounge seating. The darker interior design takes a queue from the room's namesake - a historicPacific Northwest article of clothing originally made for workers in the timber industry. All rentals include ClickShare access for your A/V needs or use the space as it was designed - to unplug and brainstorm your next great idea.

Shears - Meeting Room

Shears

Gather your team or clients around a grand marble table with additional pop-in seating for overflow guests. This room was named after the Pinking Shears invention and includes notions and sewing-themed decorations from days gone by. Step up to the glass whiteboards and plan away or access the ClickShare conferencing system with TV/Speaker/Camera to support virtual team video conferencing.

Board room

The Board Room is 550 sq ft of flexible meeting space with seating for up to 20 people.  Located on the main floor of Labour Temple, the space is furnished with tables and office chairs and can easily be reconfigured to suit your desired meeting style.  This private space offers an abundance of natural light and ease of access through the building’s LATCH controlled access entry system.
